BORAX

Borax: Rhymes with lorax, and while it's not as gree, it's more eco-friendly than many other cleaning products.

What is Borax? It's know as sodium borate or sodium tetraborate, borax is mined in California's Mojave Desert, Chile and Tibet. It can also be be created in a lab.

When diluted with water it can be a great all-purpose cleaner. If you use it straight (no water) it can be added to laundry to soften water and make your detergent go farther.
